Contact your local hospital to arrange a time to talk with a midwife when you are pregnant. They may also be able to get you in contact with parenting groups, and support sessions for after baby is born.

Right to Life Australia operate a free counselling service to women facing crisis pregnancies ph 1300 737 732 through pregnancy counselling Australia. This service is Operational 8am-10pm 7 days a week. Pregnancy Counselling Australia provides a supportive, confidential and non-judgemental counselling environment.

White Ribbon Australia hosts a 24-hour national sexual assault, family and domestic violence counselling line for any Australian who has experienced, or is at risk of, family and domestic violence and/or sexual assault. Ph 1800 737 732

PANDA operates a national helpline Monday to Friday 9am-7:30pm for people affected by changes to their mental health and emotional wellbeing during the perinatal period. PANDA support people throughout pregnancy up until their baby is 12 months old. The helpline is staffed by trained and experienced counsellors and volunteers. ph 1300 726 306
